At Build, Love and Hope, we are committed to providing medical care to Egypt’s most vulnerable communities—those who cannot afford surgeries, medications, or even basic consultations. With your generous support, we have launched several impactful initiatives that continue to transform lives across the country.

🏥 1. Fully Equipped Medical Center – Baccatouchi, Alexandria

We proudly established a comprehensive medical center in Baccatouchi, Alexandria, at a cost of over 140,000 EGP. This center includes units for:

• Dental
• Surgical
• Pediatric
• Orthopedic
• Dermatology
• Internal Medicine
• OBGYN
• ENT

The center is equipped with:

• Blood Chemistry Analysis machines
• Electrocardiogram (ECG)
• Nasolaryngoscopy
• Dental chairs with sterilized hygiene tools
• Surgical and examination instruments
• Microscopes
• Essential tools for procedures like fillings and extractions

🚐 2. Mobile Clinic – Reaching the Unreachable

To serve remote villages and suburbs around Cairo, we launched a Mobile Clinic equipped with:

• Echocardiogram machines
• Blood Chemistry analyzers
• Nebulizers
• Medical supplies and medications

So far, over 200,000 EGP has been dedicated to this project. The clinic has visited:

• Beni Suef
• Maghagha
• 6th of October City
• Wadi El Natroun

With your ongoing support, this mobile clinic can continue to reach underserved areas, offering critical diagnostics and treatment to people who would otherwise go without care.

🏃 3. Physical Therapy Unit – Akhmim

We also established a fully equipped Physical Therapy Unit in Akhmim, valued at 28,000 EGP, offering much-needed rehabilitation services for patients recovering from illness or injury.

💉 4. Ongoing Monthly Medical Support

In addition to our centers and mobile services, we provide regular monthly assistance to the following areas:

• Kerdasa: 1,500 EGP/month for medications and occasional surgeries
• Waraa, Cairo: 3,000 EGP/month for medications and surgeries as needed

🩺 5. Kidney Dialysis Unit – Helwan

To support individuals with kidney disease, Build, Love and Hope has established a Kidney Dialysis Unit in Helwan, giving patients access to life-sustaining treatment they otherwise could not afford.
